The sequence

1. Name the piece

Write to us with the model. A description or a photograph works just as well as a reference number. Torn between two, say which two, and you get a straight answer on which is the better build, the cheaper one included.

2. We price it and name the builder

Both arrive in writing, ahead of any payment. Build quality here follows the workshop, while the brand on the dial settles only the shape of the case. A price with no workshop attached leaves you buying blind.

3. You inspect before we pack

You get stills and film of the actual piece, sent before dispatch. More angles are yours for the asking. No deadline applies, and quiet is never read as a yes.

4. It leaves

It goes to any country, and the cover travels with it: 24 months on every part of it, put in writing.

Why film, and not only stills

Buyers look up puretime videos for a reason. A frozen frame cannot show a bracelet flexing across the wrist or a chronograph snapping back to zero. Film goes out alongside the stills here. Any puretime review that skips moving footage has left out the one thing that exposes how a watch is put together.

The clock that catches people

The usual problem is automatic dispatch. A number of shops, PureTime included, read 24 hours without a reply as a yes, and at PureTime that sits next to a policy of no money back. One email lost to a spam folder ends the matter.

No such countdown exists here. The parcel stays put until you have studied it. What that costs a buyer at PureTime.

Once theirs is away, it travels for 7 to 10 business days.
